Here is what you can look forward to on Prom Night –
Pre-Prom Activities Open at 4:30 in the Life Lounge under the clocktower. We’ll have make-up artists, hair stylists, shoe shiners and some last minute accessories and outfits to help you feel and look your best.
At 5:30 we will begin pairing you with your Buddy for the evening. You’ll have a few minutes to get to know one another before choosing your ride over to the red carpet.
After walking the red carpet, you will be seated for dinner with your Buddy and friends. Karaoke, crafts, balloon creations and a photo-booth will be available during and after dinner.
Dancing will officially kick-off with an opening prayer at 7:00.
At 8:00 a special message via video from our friend, Tim Tebow.
Last dance at 9:00, then we’ll send you off with a gift to remember our time together.
****In case you missed this important update, all parents and caregivers who plan to enter the Prom Event, must register separately and complete a criminal background check. You will receive your own set of credentials at Guest Check-In under the clock tower. A link to parent registration is still open HERE in case your parent or caregiver still needs to complete this process.
All parents and caregivers will be treated to a special catered dinner in our Respite Room now located in the St. Ann Center across the parking lot from the Prom Event. Don’t worry, we will have people pointing you in the right direction after your loved one’s red carpet entrance. Parents and caregivers with security clearance will be able to enjoy dinner in the Respite Room as well as enter the Prom Event when they wish.

Prom – Dinner and Dance-February 7, 2020 | 6:00 – 9:00 PM at the St. Ann Assembly Room, limousine available to transport you to the red-carpet entrance.
